There are laws that enslave men and laws that set men free.   Lets examine the existing U.S.  Immigration law and who did and why did they do it ? 

To begin our study lets look to history of the law,  who did it and why?

WHY do we have the 1965 law on our books- lets see?

Did the naiveté  Kennedy's dream this up to get back at some past injustices against the Irish?   Was Kennedy trying to correct a past discrimination against Irish  relatives and then miss calculatemassively out of "ignorance" ?

The 65 framers of this nightmare Law were described as "a bunch of political elitist trying to look into the future" as they changed the law.  As hundreds swore before Congress that ..."there would be little or no affect" if the new law were passed.   The public was opposed to the new 1965 law.     .

That is the past.......now lets look at today at the affect that the "65 Immigration Law".

Here are the "cost of services" that he was talking about on that video.

1. $11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year.
2. $2.2 Billion dollars a year is spent on food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens.
3. $2.5 Billion dollars a year is spent on Medicaid for illegal aliens.
4. $12 Billion dollars a year is spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally and they cannot speak a word of English!
5. $17 Billion dollars a year is spent for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies.
6. $3 Million Dollars a DAY is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens.
7. 30% percent of all Federal Prison inmates are illegal aliens.
8. $90 Billion Dollars a year is spent on illegal aliens for Welfare and Social Services by the American taxpayers.
9. $200 Billion Dollars a year in suppressed American wages are caused by the illegal aliens.
10. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that's two-and-a-half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children, are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the US.
11. During the year of 2005 there were 4 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our Southern Border also, as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from Terrorist Countries. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroin and marijuana, crossed into the U. S from the Southern border. Homeland Security Report.
12. The National Policy Institute, "estimated that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period."
13. In 2006 illegal aliens sent home $45 BILLION in remittances back to their countries of origin.

Total cost is a whooping... $338.3 BILLION A YEAR!!!

A.  The first thing I shall do as PRESIDENT is to "repeal" the 1965 Immigration law.  

B.  I will order a "10 year moratorium" on any new immigrants. 

C.  Use President Eisenhower’s "OPERATION  WET-BACK" to seal the border.

                                      HOUSE CLEANING TIME

Just as we would do in our own homes when we have had "guest" who have overstayed their welcome it is time for them to go home and for us to "clean house".    We have a lot to do in order to get our house back in order and we can not do it with millions of new people stepping all over each other and us.   That is not to say that "friendly" visitors are welcome here for tourism what it we need to make major CHANGES in this country and we can not do it by being distracted.  We are not trying to be "rude" or "insensitive" but we have "family business that we need to attend to".  If you foreigners can not understand that...."sorry"

As for our MEXICAN Neighbors and Canadians to the North of course you all are a special case.   We are "cousins" and do consider you as such.  We share Christian/Judo values and understand there are special needs/rules to cover our "cousins".

A.   THERE WILL BE NO AMNESTY.

       ALL ILLEGAL RESIDENTS within our borders MUST REGISTER within 60 day for guest worker -  I.D. CARD".   

 All applicants will be processed swiftly, finger printed, criminal background checked and if "clean" and "law abiding"  will be issued a  GREEN CARD good for 1 year. 

ALL Green Card Holders under this "guest worker" must remain "law abiding" and their location must be updated each month by a simple "change of address" to the web site.

ALL Card Holder will pay taxes and will enroll in and learn the ENGLISH LANGUAGE.  We are a nation of many languages  but ENGLISH is the language of this land and you must learn it.  { I speak English, French & Spanish so if you come to this country to work --you will be expected to learn the language of our commerce and culture.]

Mexican Nationals wishing to seek jobs inside theUS. Borders may apply for their Green Card at stations which will be set up INSIDEMEXICOat the Mexican border towns.   We will expect that Mexican workers STOP crossing illegally or face fines and hard labor toward paying off those fines should you be caught INSIDE the USA without your GREEN CARD.  

[Mexicans must understand that your uncontrolled presence WITHING OUR BORDERS is a threat to our National Security and must be treated as such.  We are at war with Islam and our enemies are cunning and have and will use this border problem to attack this nation.  It will do Mexican workers little good if this country is destroyed by TERROR ATTACKS or by OVERWHELMINGUS. SERVICES and TAX PAYERS.   If this country is destroyed, there will be no money or jobs for any of us!!   You must understand that.  THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS .

                                                   A dictatorship of the Rich.

Having said that I wish to state I realize that the Mexican people are being robbed and terrorized by their own Government which does not give a dam if they live or die!   Mexico is a dictatorship of the Rich.  Rich Mexican treat their own people like they are less than dogs!

As President, I will instigate LABOR REFORM inside Mexico.   This poverty and Immigrations problem must be solvedINSIDEMEXICO.  It can not be solved inside the US.    

I just returned from 14 months living in Mexico on the Rio Grande while doing research into this mess.  I went there to see with my own eyes to find out the "WHY" people risk their very lives to swim the Rio.  If one wishes to "understand" a people, one must walk a mile in their Mohicans".  I moved there with my boots on the ground to learn.

What I found was not what I expected.  This BORDER PROBLEM is massive.  What I found is that this problem is very complex with many players.   I have broken my research down in to "issues to be addressed".    I have taken hundreds of photos and will add them to this site by mid Feb.-08.  

The category include but are not limited to: 

Total Corruption of the Federal Mexican Government.

The Mexican Government’s robbery of its people and their oil/mineral resources rights.

Mexican Governments involvement with U.S. & Foreign Corporations

Disaster affect of Maquidories upon Mexican society and workers.

Lack of a "minimum" wage to Mexican workers.

Lack of drinkable water for workers.

Lack sanitation for workers.

Lack of any retirement or Social Security for workers.

Lack of health care for workers

Lack of adequate Public Education System [1/2 classes for children]

Lack of hope for workers.

Extreme violence growing within the younger Mexicans.

Robbery and theft  being accepted as part of the New Mexican Culture.

"What do I have to loose--only my chains" attitude among the young.

Livable wages for lower Mexican police and bureaucrats

Corruption of the Federal Mexican Police.

Infiltration of all segments of Mexican government and police by DRUG LORDS

Obsolete law enforcement equipment, computers, trained personnel, communications systems or devices to coordinate against Drug Lords

Absence of any form of CIVIL -CRIMINAL LEGAL SYSTEM within Mexico.

Infiltration by  Drug Lords into the United States

Attempting to corrupt US Border Agents, Law Enforcement by Drug Cartels

Chinese incursions into Mexico for unknown motives.

Chinese financing of massive Drug deal among the rich and famous in Mexico.

Cuban communist and their moving thur Mexico into the USA.

IRAQ and other ISLAM Nationals posing as Wet Back Mexicans to infiltrates the USA.

Illegals  purchasing of "free passage" across the border of Nuclear Materials 

  [extreme poverty of Mexican Police makes it routine as they turn their heads for a

  Few $ thousand dollars as a load of who-knows-what" is crossed over the Rio Grande]

 Increasing DRUG DEMAND inside the USA.

Automatic weapons smuggling into Mexico from USA.

This problem is massive.

This problem with Mexican CAN NOT BE SOLVED WITHIN THE USA.

This problem has got to be solved INSIDE  MEXICO and we are going to have to do it!

I doubt if we will need to "invade" Mexico but rather make TREATIES with the Mexican governors of the Mexican border states with the Rio.  We will have to be "invited guest" and work with honest Mexicans using many techniques that President Eisenhower’s used to crack the problem once before.   He brought in an Airborne  Army General. 

The Mexicans are incapable and unable to stop it.  Today the infiltration is so deep/wide spread and the power of the Drug Lords is so strong that Mexican officials either have to "play ball" with the Mexican Cartels or die.   

  This is the situation today a few miles across the bridge fromMcAllen inReynosa. 

Just 3 weeks ago the Mexican Federal Congressman and 7 others and bystanders were machine-gunned down in broad day light in Rio Bravo!  This former Mayor of Rio Bravo had sworn to fight the Drug Cartels-now he is dead.  

                  NO ONE has been arrested!     

Also in Brownsville last year 2007  the Sheriff lost his job as his Captain was caught and convicted of allowing drugs to pass thru his county.      In Jan of 07 the Captain of the Federal Police in Mexico was convicted and sentenced  to 20 years in Federal Court in Brownsville for Drug trafficking and Money laundering as he charged a pass thur tax to the Drug Cartels  crossing into Texas.   Has this corruption crossed over our borders?
